2 Can I cancel an Order ? Answer = No, we don't issue credits / replacements / refunds for canceled orders.
3 Can I Upgrade to a faster Paid Shipping Answer = Maybe, Just open a Ticket. We do process orders very fast.
4 Can an get a refund for Expired Coupons or switch them to a new coupons Answer = No, as noted we offer expired coupons for weeks past the date.
5 Can I add to an order or combine orders to save shipping ? Answer = No, its just too hard for us to do as the orders are moving along so quickly.
6 Change of address -- We ship to the address on our shipping program and not the ones on the invoice. If you have changed the address open a ticket or place a note on the order if you have moved since your last order.
7 What does closes account 4 life mean Answer - we block you from ever ordering again.
8 Do you ship on Weekends ? No, we do not.
9 What is the Mon - Fri Cut off time? -----8am est We may adjust this based on daily volume. Mondays are super busy and our sites ship 100's of order per day and 1000's per week.
10 What if WE made a mistake ? Just open a ticket from within your account. We WILL require a return of the whole order, SO BE READY TO SHIP IT ALL BACK.
11 We are not responsible for Typographical Errors. If we make an error in the listing we are sorry. Sometimes errors are made, for example we list a coupon as $1/1 and its really a $1/3. if there is not a picture be sure to ask us if the deal is too good to be true. Be happy. Be polite. Do not be demanding or rude. Anything negative and the account will be closed.
